While looking after sheep, Moses sees a bush that burns without burning up. God calls to him from it and sends him to Pharaoh to free his people. Moses has an excuse for everything, including the honest one: “I am slow of speech.” God promises to help him speak, and sends his brother Aaron to be his voice.
Kids play Moses, make 5 choices, and stop 3 times to look through different ways of knowing, including the difference between feeling “not good enough” and being not good enough. Written with kids who have speech, language or reading differences in mind. It stops before the plagues.
